Touched By An Angel was created to support and complement existing bereavement programs for Birth Centers and Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the Fox Valley area of Northeast Wisconsin.

These little ones that go before

Can lead the way to heaven's door

And open weak and mortal eyes

To treasures rich beyond the skies.
